Tortellini Alfredo

Here’s a creamy, comforting Tortellini Alfredo recipe that’s quick and delicious 🍝🧀


Ingredients

  • 1 package (9–12 oz) cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: parsley, cooked chicken, or peas for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 30–60 seconds.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss until coated.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley or extra Parmesan.

Tips & Variations

  • Protein boost: Add cooked chicken, shrimp, or bacon.
  • Veggie version: Toss in spinach, peas, or broccoli.
  • Extra creamy: Add ¼ cup cream cheese while stirring the sauce.
  • Make-ahead: Prepare sauce separately and reheat with tortellini before serving.
