Yum! Cheesy Chicken Fritters are crispy on the outside, tender inside, and super easy to make. They’re great for dinner, snacks, or even lunch boxes.
Cheesy Chicken Fritters

- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Mix the batter:
- In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, eggs, flour, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional herbs.
- Stir until well combined.
- Heat the pan:
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the fritters:
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mixture per fritter into the pan.
- Flatten slightly and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain and serve:
- Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate.
- Serve warm.
💡 Tips:
- Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor and convenience.
- Serve with ranch, garlic aioli, or sweet chili sauce.
- These also cook well in an air fryer: 375°F (190°C) for about 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
If you want, I can share a low-carb version or a baked oven version that’s a little lighter but still crispy.
