Here’s an easy, teen-friendly Crockpot Ravioli recipe—sometimes called “lazy lasagna.” 🍝
Ingredients
- 1 (25–30 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
- 1 cup water or broth
- 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional add-ins:
- Cooked ground beef or sausage
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- Italian seasoning or garlic powder
Instructions
- Spray the crockpot with nonstick spray.
- Layer ingredients:
- Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom.
- Add a layer of frozen ravioli.
- Sprinkle some mozzarella.
- Repeat layers until everything is used.
- Pour water or broth around the edges (helps cook the ravioli).
- Cover and cook:
- LOW for 4–5 hours or
- HIGH for 2–3 hours
- Add Parmesan during the last 15 minutes.
- Stir gently and serve!
Tips
- Don’t thaw the ravioli first—frozen works best.
- Serve with garlic bread or a simple salad.
- Leftovers reheat well the next day.
