Here’s the classic Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken recipe—super easy and really tender 😋

Melt in Your Mouth Chicken (Oven)

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix topping
    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare chicken
    Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and topping is lightly golden.
  6. Rest & serve
    Let it rest 5 minutes before serving.

Tips & Variations

  • Extra crispy top: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end
  • Healthier swap: Use Greek yogurt instead of mayo
  • Flavor boost: Add lemon juice or Dijon mustard to the mix
  • Sides: Goes great with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted veggies
