Peanut butter fudge

Posted on January 5, 2026 by Admin

Oh yes! Peanut Butter Fudge is rich, creamy, and melts in your mouth — perfect for a sweet treat or gifting. Here’s a simple, classic no-bake version:

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Yields: About 16 squares
Prep: 10 min | Chill: 2 hours

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare pan: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Cook sugar mixture: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil briefly: Let mixture boil for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  4. Add peanut butter and vanilla: Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth and fully combined.
  5. Pour into pan: Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate 1–2 hours or until firm.
  7. Cut and serve: Slice into squares and enjoy!

Tips / Variations:

  • For a twist, swirl in chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate on top before chilling.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or a few chopped nuts for extra flavor and texture.
  • For an ultra-creamy fudge, stir in 2–3 tablespoons of marshmallow creme along with the peanut butter.

If you want, I can also give a microwave 5-minute version that’s super fast, melts perfectly, and still tastes amazing.

Do you want me to show that microwave version?
