Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: garlic powder, paprika, curry powder, or Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prep oven
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
- Roast
- Spread florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and tender.

Tips
