Here’s a fun and savory Garlic Roll Cupcakes recipe 🧄🧁
Soft, buttery rolls baked in a cupcake pan—perfect for parties or dinner sides.


Garlic Roll Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F / 43°C)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for brushing)
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the dough
    • In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
    • In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
    • Add yeast mixture and 3 tablespoons melted butter. Mix until a soft dough forms.
    • Knead 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
    • Cover and let rise 1 hour, until doubled in size.
  2. Shape rolls
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Punch down dough and divide into 12 pieces.
    • Roll each piece into a ball and place in a greased 12-cup muffin pan.
  3. Make garlic butter
    • Mix remaining 4 tablespoons butter with minced garlic and parsley.
  4. Brush & bake
    • Brush each roll generously with garlic butter.
    • Bake 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Serve
    • Brush with more garlic butter after baking if desired. Serve warm.

Tips

  • Add shredded Parmesan or mozzarella to the garlic butter for cheesy rolls.
  • Can freeze unbaked rolls; thaw and bake later.
  • Mini rolls can be made in a mini muffin pan for bite-sized snacks.
