Garlic parmesan crusted chicken

Posted on December 30, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a delicious way to make Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken — crispy, flavorful, and cheesy on the outside while tender on the inside. 🍗🧄🧀

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 2–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko works best for extra crunch)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp butter, melted (or olive oil)

🍗 Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    • Preheat to 400°F / 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prep Chicken
    • Pat chicken breasts dry. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Make the Crust Mixture
    • In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
    • Add melted butter or drizzle olive oil and mix until crumbs are evenly coated.
  4. Coat the Chicken
    • Press chicken breasts into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure both sides are coated well.
  5. Bake
    • Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Bake 20–25 minutes (depending on thickness) until chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C) and crust is golden brown.
  6. Optional Finish
    • For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
    • Serve with lemon wedges for a fresh touch.

🍽️ Serving Ideas

  • Over pasta with a light garlic butter sauce
  • With roasted veggies or a simple salad
  • Alongside mashed potatoes or rice

If you want, I can also give you a version that’s pan-fried for extra crunch instead of baking — it makes the crust even crispier!

Do you want me to do that?
