- Add garlic, tomato paste/Worcestershire, mixed vegetables, beef broth, and seasonings.
- Simmer 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
3. Assemble
- Spread meat/vegetable mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Spoon mashed potatoes on top and smooth with a spatula.

4. Bake
