Here’s a delicious, teen-friendly recipe for Cheesy Garlic Steak Bites over Creamy Linguine Pasta 🥩🧄🧀🍝

🥩 Cheesy Garlic Steak Bites over Creamy Linguine (Serves 3–4)

Ingredients

For the steak bites

  • 1 lb (450 g) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)

For the pasta

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Cook pasta

  • Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Reserve ¼ cup pasta water in case the sauce needs thinning.

2. Cook steak bites

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
  4. Remove steak bites from the pan and set aside.

3. Make creamy garlic sauce

  1. In the same pan, melt butter.
  2. Add garlic, sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add cream and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. If sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.

4. Combine

  1. Toss cooked linguine in the creamy sauce.
  2. Top with steak bites.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over everything and let it melt.

5. Serve

  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  • Serve immediately while hot and cheesy!

🌟 Tips & Variations

  • Extra flavor: Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the steak before searing.
  • Spicy twist: Add red pepper flakes to the cream sauce.
  • Cheese options: Fontina, provolone, or smoked gouda works great.
  • Veggie addition: Toss in sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or broccoli.

If you want, I can make a quick “one-pan cheat” version that cooks the steak, pasta, and sauce all together—super fast for a weeknight dinner 😎

Do you want me to do that?
