Tiramisu Pudding

Posted on February 4, 2026 by Admin

Ohhh yes 😍 Tiramisu pudding is everything you love about tiramisu—coffee, cocoa, creamy goodness—without the fuss. Cozy, classy, and dangerously easy.

Tiramisu Pudding

Serves: 4–6
Chill time: 2–4 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese, softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso, cooled
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional, to sweeten coffee)
  • Ladyfingers or graham crackers (broken)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Make pudding
Whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thick.
  2. Cream it up
In a separate bowl, beat mascarpone and vanilla until smooth.
Fold into pudding until fully combined.
  3. Prep coffee dip
Stir sugar into cooled coffee if desired.
  4. Layer
    • Dip ladyfingers quickly into coffee (don’t soak).
    • Layer in serving cups or a dish.
    • Add pudding mixture.
    • Repeat layers.
  5. Chill
Refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is even better).
  6. Finish
Dust generously with cocoa powder before serving.

Tips

  • Don’t oversoak the cookies or it’ll get soggy.
  • Mascarpone = authentic flavor, cream cheese = budget-friendly.
  • Best served cold.

Easy Variations

🍫 Add chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips
🍯 Add a drizzle of caramel
🍸 Add 1–2 tbsp coffee liqueur (adult version)
🥄 Make it in individual jars for parties
