Instructions

  1. Mix the filling:
    • In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers.
    • Stir until well combined. The mixture should be firm enough to roll into balls.
  2. Form balls:
    • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill:
    • Refrigerate the balls for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt chocolate:
