🥘 Sausage, Green Bean & Potato Casserole




A hearty, one-pan comfort meal that’s easy to prep and full of flavor.
🛒 Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage (kielbasa or andouille), sliced
- 1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed (or 2 cans, drained)
- 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ cup chicken broth (optional, for softer texture)
🔥 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes and green beans with oil, garlic, and seasonings.
- Spread into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Add sliced sausage evenly on top.
- Pour chicken broth around edges (optional).
- Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 15–20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender and slightly browned.
🧀 Optional Add-Ins
- Shredded cheddar or mozzarella (add last 10 minutes)
- Diced onion or bell peppers
- Red pepper flakes for heat
- Sprinkle of Parmesan before serving
