Absolutely! Here’s a delicious, soft maple-glazed cookies recipe that’s easy to follow:

Maple-Glazed Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

For the Cookies:

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional, adds warmth)
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup

For the Maple Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3–4 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1–2 tsp milk (optional, to thin glaze if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven & Prep Pan
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients
    • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Cream Butter & Sugar
    • In a large bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy (~2–3 min).
    • Mix in egg, vanilla, and 2 tbsp maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Combine Dry & Wet Ingredients
    • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined. Don’t overmix.
  5. Shape Cookies
    • Scoop dough (about 1.5 tbsp each) onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake
    • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden but centers are still soft.
    • Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  7. Prepare Maple Glaze
    • In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar with maple syrup.
    • Add milk a little at a time if the glaze is too thick.
  8. Glaze Cookies
    • Once cookies are slightly cooled but still warm, drizzle or brush the glaze over each cookie.
    • Let glaze set for 15–20 minutes before serving.

✅ Tips:

  • For extra maple flavor, you can add 1–2 tsp maple extract to the dough.
  • Sprinkle a tiny bit of sea salt on top of the glaze for a sweet-salty twist.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or freeze for longer.

If you want, I can also give a chewy version that’s extra gooey inside, perfect for maple lovers—it’s basically maple cookie heaven. Do you want me to share that version too?
