- Return to oven and bake 15–20 more minutes, until sticky and cooked through (165°F inside).

🍯🍶 Honey Soy Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
- 2–3 lbs chicken drumsticks
- ⅓ cup soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp ketchup or hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Whisk sauce: soy sauce, honey, ketchup/hoisin, garlic, ginger, oil.
- Toss drumsticks in sauce and arrange on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake 40–45 minutes, turning and basting halfway.
- Broil 2–3 minutes at the end for sticky edges.
