Creamy Avocado Toast with Lemon & Herbs

Ingredients (serves 1–2):

  • 1 ripe Hass avocado
  • 2 slices of bread (sourdough, whole wheat, or your favorite)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread:
