🍌 Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients (1 loaf)

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven: 350°F / 175°C. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

2️⃣ Mix wet ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

3️⃣ Add dry ingredients:

  • Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using).
  • Mix just until combined—don’t overmix.

4️⃣ Add extras (optional):

  • Fold in nuts or chocolate chips.

5️⃣ Bake:

  • Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  • Let cool 10–15 minutes before slicing.
