Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuits, quartered
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2 eggs (optional, for a firmer casserole)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • 375°F (190°C)
    • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Make the sausage gravy
    • Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir 1–2 minutes.
    • Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
    • Simmer until thick.
    • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Assemble casserole
    • Spread biscuit pieces evenly in the baking dish.
    • Pour sausage gravy over biscuits.
    • Sprinkle cheese on top if using.

  4. Bake
