Here are a few easy, go-to broccoli recipes, depending on how you want it—simple, cozy, or a little fancy.


Simple Garlic Broccoli (Stovetop)

Ingredients

  • 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  1. Steam or boil broccoli 2–3 minutes until bright green; drain.
  2. Heat oil in skillet, add garlic (30 seconds).
  3. Toss in broccoli, season, cook 2–3 minutes.
  4. Finish with lemon if you like.

Roasted Broccoli (Crispy & Addictive)

Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: Parmesan, garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss broccoli with oil and seasoning.
  3. Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping once.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan at the end if using.

Creamy Broccoli (Old-School Comfort)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked broccoli
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter, stir in flour (1 min).
  2. Whisk in milk until thick.
  3. Season, add cheese if using.
  4. Fold in broccoli and heat through.

Broccoli Cheese Bake

Mix broccoli with cream of mushroom soup + cheese, top with buttered crackers, bake at 350°F for 25–30 min.
