Here are a few easy broccoli recipes, depending on your vibe. Pick one and I’ll level it up if you want.


🔥 Crispy Roasted Broccoli (the classic)

Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder, chili flakes, lemon, parmesan

How

  1. Heat oven to 425°F / 220°C.
  2. Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper (don’t drown it).
  3. Spread out on a baking sheet — space matters.
  4. Roast 20–25 min, flip once, until crispy edges.
  5. Finish with lemon squeeze or parmesan.

🍳 Garlic Broccoli Stir-Fry (fast & cozy)

Ingredients

  • Broccoli
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • Oil
  • Splash of soy sauce
  • Optional: sesame oil

How

  1. Heat oil in pan on medium-high.
  2. Add garlic, stir 10–15 sec (don’t burn).
  3. Toss in broccoli + 2–3 tbsp water.
  4. Cover 2–3 min, then uncover and stir-fry.
  5. Splash soy sauce, optional sesame oil.

🧀 Broccoli with Cheese Sauce (comfort mode)

Steam broccoli until just tender.
Melt butter → whisk in flour → slowly add milk → melt in cheddar → pour generously. No shame.


🥗 Raw-ish Lemon Broccoli Salad

Thin-slice broccoli, toss with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper. Add almonds, parmesan, or raisins if you’re feeling fancy.
