Here’s an easy no-bake Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars recipe 🍫✨
Great for beginners and no oven needed.


🍫 Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2Β½ cups crispy rice cereal (or cornflakes)
  • 2 tbsp butter (optional, for smoother chocolate)
  • Pinch of salt (optional, balances sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate
    • Melt chocolate chips (and butter if using) in the microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth.
  2. Mix crunch
    • Gently stir cereal into melted chocolate until evenly coated.
  3. Layer
    • Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
    • Press half the chocolate-crunch mixture into the bottom.
  4. Add caramel
    • Spread caramel evenly over the layer. Sprinkle a tiny pinch of salt if you like.
  5. Top layer
    • Add remaining chocolate-crunch mixture and press gently.
  6. Chill
    • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
  7. Slice & serve
    • Cut into bars or squares.

  • Drizzle top: Melt extra chocolate and drizzle
  • Chewy version: Mix mini marshmallows into the crunch
