Cheesy Breadsticks

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough, ~1 lb)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Optional: grated Parmesan for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out dough into a rectangle (~12×8 inches) on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Brush with butter and sprinkle garlic powder and oregano evenly.
  4. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Cut into strips (1–2 inches wide) and twist slightly if desired.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Optional: brush with extra butter and sprinkle Parmesan before serving.

Serving Ideas

  • With marinara or pizza sauce for dipping
  • Alongside soup or salad
  • Add bacon bits, jalapeños, or herbs for extra flavor
