Cheesy Carrot Flatbreads
Ingredients (makes 4 flatbreads)
- 1 cup grated carrots (about 2 medium carrots)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup milk
- ½–¾ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)

- Mix dry ingredients
