Crockpot Ravioli

Here’s an easy, teen-friendly Crockpot Ravioli recipe—sometimes called “lazy lasagna.” 🍝

Ingredients

  • 1 (25–30 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
  • 1 cup water or broth
  • 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional add-ins:
    • Cooked ground beef or sausage
    • Spinach
    • Mushrooms
    • Italian seasoning or garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot with nonstick spray.
  2. Layer ingredients:
    • Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom.
    • Add a layer of frozen ravioli.
    • Sprinkle some mozzarella.
  3. Repeat layers until everything is used.
  4. Pour water or broth around the edges (helps cook the ravioli).
  5. Cover and cook:
    • LOW for 4–5 hours or
    • HIGH for 2–3 hours
  6. Add Parmesan during the last 15 minutes.
  7. Stir gently and serve!

Tips

  • Don’t thaw the ravioli first—frozen works best.
  • Serve with garlic bread or a simple salad.
  • Leftovers reheat well the next day.
