Here’s a simple, refreshing Frozen Fruit Salad—sweet, creamy, and perfect as a dessert or cool treat 🍓❄️

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed fruit (strawberries, pineapple, peaches, grapes, or cherries)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • ½ cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts, optional)
  • 2–3 tbsp sugar or honey (to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Chop fruit into bite-size pieces. Pat dry if very juicy.
  2. In a bowl, mix whipped topping, sour cream (or yogurt), sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in fruit, marshmallows, and nuts (if using).
  4. Spread mixture into a freezer-safe dish.
  5. Freeze 3–4 hours or until firm.
  6. Scoop or slice and serve slightly softened.

Tips & Variations

  • Shortcut: Use thawed frozen fruit (drain well).
  • Creamier texture: Add 4 oz softened cream cheese.
  • Healthier: Use Greek yogurt and skip marshmallows.
  • Holiday style: Add crushed pineapple and cherries.
