Ingredients
- 8–10 chicken drumsticks
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
For the glaze:
- ⅓ cup honey (or brown sugar)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated garlic (or garlic powder)
- 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with foil or parchment.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Mix the glaze ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Bake the drumsticks for 25 minutes.
- Brush with glaze, flip the drumsticks, and brush again.
