Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 1–1½ cups cooked turkey, finely chopped
- 1 egg (helps bind)
- ¼ cup gravy or broth (as needed)
- ¼ cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Oil or cooking spray
Instructions (Oven)
- Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
- In a bowl, mix stuffing, turkey, egg, and gravy/broth until it holds together.
- Stir in cheese if using.
- Roll into golf-ball–sized balls.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and lightly oil the tops.
- Bake 18–22 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.
Air Fryer Option
- Cook at 375°F / 190°C for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.
Pan-Fried Option
- Fry in a skillet with a little oil over medium heat, turning until all sides are crisp.
