Posted on January 1, 2026 by Admin

Here’s an easy, crispy Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls recipe 🦃✨
Perfect for using up holiday leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1–1½ cups cooked turkey, finely chopped
  • 1 egg (helps bind)
  • ¼ cup gravy or broth (as needed)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Oil or cooking spray

Instructions (Oven)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix stuffing, turkey, egg, and gravy/broth until it holds together.
  3. Stir in cheese if using.
  4. Roll into golf-ball–sized balls.
  5. Place on a lined baking sheet and lightly oil the tops.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.

Air Fryer Option

  • Cook at 375°F / 190°C for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.

Pan-Fried Option

  • Fry in a skillet with a little oil over medium heat, turning until all sides are crisp.

Dipping Ideas

  • Warm gravy
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Honey mustard
  • Leftover turkey gravy mixed with a little mayo

Tips

  • Too dry? Add more gravy or broth.
  • Too wet? Add a bit more stuffing or breadcrumbs.
  • Want extra crunch? Roll in breadcrumbs before baking.

If you want these stuffed with cheese, made into patties, or served as sliders, I can help with that too 😄
