Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken:
    • In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Add chicken bites and toss until fully coated.
    • Let it marinate for at least 15–20 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).
  2. Cook the chicken:
