Low-Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 cup cooked protein (pepperoni, Italian sausage, ground beef, chicken, or turkey)
  • ½ cup low-carb marinara or pizza sauce (no added sugar if possible)
  • ¾–1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1–2 Tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
  • Toppings of choice:
    • Mushrooms
    • Bell peppers
    • Olives
    • Onions
    • Spinach
  • Italian seasoning or oregano, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Layer the bowl
    • Add cooked protein to an oven-safe bowl.
    • Spoon sauce over the top.
    • Add veggies.
    • Cover with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  3. Bake
    • Bake 12–15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
  4. Finish
    • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning or chili flakes.
    • Let cool slightly and enjoy!

Microwave Version (Super Fast)

  1. Layer everything in a microwave-safe bowl.
