Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (or beef/pork mix)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- ½ cup milk

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Topping:
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
