Oatmeal and banana cookies

Here’s a simple, tasty oatmeal & banana cookie recipe (no mixer needed 😊):

🍌 Oatmeal Banana Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, raisins, chopped nuts, peanut butter, or honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in oats, salt, and any optional ingredients.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls onto a lined baking tray and gently flatten.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before eating.

Tips

  • For softer cookies, bake closer to 12 minutes.
  • For firmer cookies, bake 15–18 minutes.
  • Add 1–2 tbsp peanut butter for extra flavor and protein.
