Roasted cauliflower

Here’s an easy Roasted Cauliflower recipe 🥦🔥
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor.


Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, curry powder, or Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep oven
    • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season
    • Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
  3. Roast
    • Spread florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
    • Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and tender.
  4. Serve
    • Serve hot as a side dish, or sprinkle with Parmesan or fresh herbs.

Tips

  • Don’t overcrowd the pan—florets roast better when spread out.
  • For extra crispiness, roast 5–10 minutes longer at the end.
  • Toss with a squeeze of lemon juice or drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving for extra flavor.
